Guess its about time I update this description.  I started this blog about 18 months ago when I was diagnosed with a rare, terminal malfunction of the DNA that shut down my bone marrow from making blood.

The condition is so rare that there isn’t a lot of research being done on it and medications only postpone the inevitable by relieving some of the symptoms.  At this stage it isn’t terribly painful and I am able to function mentally -tho some might question that.

I was inspired to redo a version of the New Testament as an inheritance to pass on to my children and grandchildren.  The Enjoying God version has been completed and is available in ebook format.  I am currently working through the Psalms (daily posts on this blog) and hope to do a topical reformat of Proverbs next.

More than anything else I pray that these entries will inspire you to connect with God in a life-giving way.  I’d love to hear your story!
